Torana Labs builds spatial intelligence and underwriting software for the people who shape the built world. Our first product, Torana, replaces the spreadsheet-and-PDF workflow with a living model that's as easy to share as it is to build.
Why we started
We watched developers and sponsors pour weeks into one-off Excel models, then flatten them into static PDFs that are cumbersome to share and impossible to secure. The math was brilliant; the medium was broken. Versions multiplied, and investors were handed a snapshot instead of a model.
Torana is our answer: keep the rigor, lose the fragility. A proforma that recalculates as you think, and an investor experience that's interactive, on-brand, and private by default.
